Who: James “Tecumseh” Sine

What I do at Revival: Brew, break & repair equipment, taunt Larkin.

Where I learned things: Public schools, good upbringing, and a never ending desire to jam a fork into the outlet.

Why my mom is proud of me: She has to be, she’s mom.

Latest achievement: Not living by incremental steps.

No one knows: I write notes on the bottom of the kegs.

It is possible to visit every brewery in one state in just one day. Especially in Rhode Island since our small size is actually a strength. Esquire magazine actually proved this recently. So thanks for the tourism plug. The only thing is they called Revival, “a crumbling frat house”. So the women that basically make our tasting room possible just had to respond. And that’s just some of them in the photo. Read the full article here and be sure to thank them next time you grab a brew here.

How do you improve an already awesome beer? You age it in a bourbon barrel. On February 11th we unleashed Juliett, our Russian Imperial Stout that’s been quietly conditioning in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. And it was everything you’ve ever dreamed about in a beer. A slightly sweet, smokey, roasty, hoppy tastebud explosion. But don’t take our word for it, taste for yourself if you haven’t already. There’s still some on tap and in bombers in our tasting room. Here’s more from those that were there.  (more…)

Black and viscous, like the oil that seeped from the sides of this “Providence Landmark Museum”, this bourbon barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout is named after the infamous submarine that was retired and eventually sunk in the Providence Harbor. At 9% ABV and 65 IBUs, this is to be enjoyed top-side, and not at the controls.

Don’t miss out. Pre-order your beer and glass now at the button below.

T-shirts only available for pre-order until 6:00 PM on January 27th.

As a bonus, D’Licious Desserts is coming back to tantalize your taste buds with mystery dessert treats. Come and see what they’re concocting to pair with this enormous brew.

We hope you’re ready… we know we are.

See you February 11.

*Subject to availabilty

It’s not every day you turn 1 and 5 at the same time. In fact, that’s probably impossible. Leave it to us to find a way.

November 2016 marked not only our 5th anniversary of brewing frosty joy, but also the 1st anniversary of our tasting room being open to the public. And since it was such a special occasion, we’re naturally threw a party to celebrate our glory. The video is of our keg tapping and brewer’s toast of our brand new You Thirsty? New England IPA. As you can see, it was quite the party and not just us sitting around a keg looking sad.

Games (like cornhole and table tennis tournys), tunes from DJ Cat Scratch, and all around general merriment was had that evening. Treats from PVDonuts, cupcakes from D’Licious Desserts, and tasty delights from Laughing Gorilla were also enjoyed.

Of course, none of this was possible without you, so thank you from the bottom of our brew kettles.
